Rates

Rates are given per room. Room rates start at $65 per night during High Season and $55 per night during Green Season for single occupancy (1-person). Each additional guest is an additional $10 per night. Children ages 0-3 are not charged as an additional guest. Our room rates and the cost for additional guests is the same for every accommodation.

For the Parrot House, rates are given for renting the whole house. Parrot House has a 4-person minimum and a 6-person maximum.

Accommodation Features:

Butterfly Suite – double occupancy, queen bed, indoor bathroom, balcony

Cabin in the Orchard – double occupancy, double bed, private outdoor bathroom, balcony. Two rooms are available side-by-side.

Hawk’s Nest – Sleeps up to 4 guests, queen bed plus bunk bed, indoor bathroom, balcony. Two rooms are available side-by-side.

Parrot House – Sleeps up to 6 guests, 4-guest minimum, 2 rooms with a double bed, a bunk room, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and front porch.

Extended Stay Value Package...

Stay 7 or more days and receive a 10% discount. For example:

• Cabin in the Orchard is $58.50 per night during High Season or $49.50 per night during Green Season.

Stay 30 or more days and receive a 20% discount. For example

• Mariposa Suite is $52 per night during High Season and $44 per night during Green Season.

Health Coaching...

• $60 for the initial session.
• All follow-up is complimentary - we give support and guidance throughout your visit.
• We co-educate your support person, such as your spouse, for free.
• Select Health Coaching when you place your reservation or request it prior to your stay.

Tours and Eco-Adventures...

• Please let us know what eco-adventures you want to participate in, and we will help you schedule your tour in advance.

Policies...

• Rates do not include Costa Rica’s 13% sales tax.
• 2-night minimum stay.
• Children ages 0-3 are free of charge.
• We do not accept traveler's checks or credit cards — cash and paypal only. We hope to be able to accept credit cards soon.
• We request a 30% pay pal deposit upon confirming your reservation. Deposits will be returned for cancelled reservations as follows:
  • Cancel more than 3-weeks prior to your arrival and we will charge a $30 penalty for administrative expenses.
  • Cancel within 21 days of your arrival and we will charge 100% of the first night.
• We only collect personally identifiable information submitted by guests in order to place your reservation and communicate with you prior to your visit. We will never give out your e-mail address for any reason.
