We interview the Raw Brahs on the beach of Dominical, Costa Rica. They share about their experiences with raw food, how they got started and their athletic motivation to achieve peak health. They recently hosted a retreat in Costa Rica and speak of that experience too. They've been transformed by Costa Rica. Their future plans are "unplanned"!! These 3 brothers are a great team, living in the now and their love and support for one another are strong! It is always a joy to spend an afternoon with grounded and genuine raw fooders, as we did the day of filming this interview.
