Hands down, Chef Dr. Diondra prepares the best raw food we've tasted yet! We are grateful that she is here preparing food for our guests for the holidays, and we are stumped that she is not the head chef at a premier raw restaurant in LA or NYC. Their loss! Diondra and guests are making hard chocolate desserts and getting ready for a busy holiday season with lots of amazing raw salads, wraps, soups, desserts and more on the menu. If you are coming to visit us, then be prepared for an exquisite holiday menu and daily specials of fantastic food. While guests often prepare their own meals here (included in the nightly rate), this months our guests will be surely tempted by Diondra's culinary talent.
